What is Amyloid Nephropathy?
Amyloid Nephropathy is characterized by numerous amyloid fibers depositing on
the renal tissues. primary disease-amyloidosis. The amyloid fiber is a
glass-like thing and includes amyloid protein, amyloid protein A, prealbumin,
etc. amyloid fiber can be are the main cells that can be produced and decomposed
by Macrophages.
What are Causes of Amyloid Nephropathy?
1. Complications.
Neoplastic disease, infectious disease and immunological disease are the main
cause of Amyloid Nephropathy. About three quaters secondary amyloidosis may
progress to Amyloid Nephropathy and the others are Amyloid Nephropathy.
2. Immune system.
In the condition of immune dysfunction, proteins are not able to be resolved
as normal but collect in the tissues, forming amyloid fiber which is regarded as
foreign invaders. Then inflammation will occur and kidney cells will be damaged,
after some time, patients may have symptoms.
What are the Symptoms of Amyloid Nephropathy?
If the disease can not be treated well, Amyloid Nephropathy can aggravate
into Kidney Failure at last. Hence, it is better for patents know the symptoms

1. Protein urine.
