Does High Creatinine Level 1.7 and Back Pain Mean Kidney Disease


High Creatinine Level and Back Pain are the most common complaint of Kidney Disease. However, if a person happen to suffer from high creatinine level and back pain, we cannot just say he or she has kidney disease unthinkingly.

Creatinine level 1.7 is really higher than the normal range which is between 0.6~1.2mg/dl in adults. High creatinine level usually be a sign of Kidney Disease, because kidneys work to remove the creatinine in blood. When kidneys fail, the creatinine will build up in blood, causing High Creatinine Level.
However, creatinine level can be caused by other causes, thereby, when you have high creatinine level, it is not okay to say you have kidney disease without thinking. In this condition, you are suggested to talk with your doctor and take further tests as soon as possible.

Similar like high creatinine level, Back Pain is also a common sign of kidney disease. However, many other causes can be responsible for this symptoms.
