Clinical Symptoms of Chronic Glomerulonephritis

Chronic glomerulonephritis can occur at any age, dominated by young and middle-aged men. And the clinical symptoms of chronic glomerulonephritis include proteinuria, hematuria, high blood pressure, edema and may be accompanied by renal function reducing. 1. Edema: Edema often appears in the eyelid, face and double lower limbs, generally the edema is mild-to-moderate, the patients can be better through properly rest. The severe patients can suffer from anasarca, even pleural effusion and ascites appear. Few patients have no edema.
2. For some patients, the blood pressure is normal.
3. Abnormal urine: The patients can have different degrees of microscopic haematuria or naked eye hematuria.
4. Renal function reducing: renal function is worsening and some symptoms may appear, such as anemia, cardiac failure; and eventually the disease developing into uremia.
